Introduction: High heels are still the top choice of women's footwear and have an aesthetic function. A previous study showed that high were potential to give musculoskeletal disorders. This aimed find presence disorders factors influencing routine long-term use amongst bank employees. Methods: is observational with a cross-sectional design. The research participant collection was carried out in November - December 2020 several Bank branches; 233 participants obtained. Each given questionnaire about used. Results: It found there relationship between body mass index (BMI), shoe height, length time used per week for pain Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) heels. However, it no type shoes VAS using Conclusion: higher BMI, longer contribute increasing heel users.
